CareTrak is a healthcare-focused Chrome extension and application designed to assist providers by simplifying patient data access and improving workflows. The goal was to integrate data from multiple EHR/EMR systems using automation, screen scraping, and secure APIs, making it easier for doctors to manage care modules such as HCC, Caregaps, and Careview.
As a fullstack developer, I contributed across the stack building interactive, scalable React.js frontends, implementing backend logic in Java, and designing modular components to support various healthcare workflows. I also worked on data scraping, injection techniques, and automation, which ensured accurate retrieval of patient details across different systems. My contributions helped improve data reliability, reduce manual effort for healthcare providers, and enhance overall system efficiency.
